Jerry is a professional engineer living in Colorado. He provides permitting assistance, waste containment water balances, Phase 1 site assessments and site development services. He is an NRCS technical service provider for conservation and nutrient management programs.
Ib Hagsten, Ph. D., CAC
Dr. Hagsten is a long standing associate with Global Eco-tech. He
provides project management for all of our international accounts.
Ib hails from Gladstone, Missouri and contributes to our domestic site
assessment projects.
T. Halliburton (Hal) Wood, P.E.
Hal is a professional engineer near Auburn, Alabama. He provides
technical assistance for our residential on-site services as well as
CAFO permitting duties in the Southeast. He is qualified to contribute
to our Phase 1 site assessment projects.
James P. Moffitt, CCA
Jim is our resident crop consulting expert. He contributes to our
domestic nutrient and pest management projects as well as production
economic systems. Jim is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Sam N. Bartee, CCA, CAC
Sam is an industry expert in agrichemicals. He provides expertise to
our Integrated Pest Management projects and contributes to the domestic
crop production economic system plans. Sam calls Olathe, Kansas home.
Jeffry W. Healy, P.E.
Jeff is a professional engineer from Plainfield, Indiana. He is our
expert in storm water control as well as CAFO site planning and
permitting. Jeff provides environmental risk assessments for our
agricultural clients.
John Baumgartner, CCA
John partners with us on all odor abatement projects. He provides
technical expertise for waste containment covers and dust suppression
systems. John lives in Olivia, Minnesota.
R. Gregory Swain, P.E.
Greg is a professional engineer from Clinton, North Carolina.
He contributes to our CAFO permitting and production site engineering
projects. Greg is also our livestock housing and equipment expert.
Eric E. Meador, P.E.
Eric is our resident mechanical engineer and oversees our western division
projects. He lends expertise to our data management and company wide
information technology system. Eric lives in Ellensburg, Washington.
Carrie L. Keppy, BS MS
Carrie lives in Peoria, Illinois and contributes to our waste handling
technology projects. She has been involved with the implementation and
testing of the leading edge technology being used in the food production
industry today.
